JK's Hog Roast was formed back in 2004. Since then we have gone from strength to strength in serving the general public at various shows/event around East Anglia, & the UK, along with private & corporate hire the business has steadily grown. 

We are a professional, family run business, that's passionate in the service we offer, and the product we sell. We are based in Brandon, Suffolk, & most of the events we do are in, & around East Anglia. Although we do, & have traveled all over the UK, catering even as far as Angus in Scotland. 

A lot of the shows we do, we do regularly year on year, but we're always on the look out for others. So if you are a event organiser, who is looking for a professional set up serving a great product, with a good knowledge of food hygiene please get in contact.

We only buy locally sourced free range pork, & our buns are fresh from a local baker.

We mainly serve slow roasted shoulder of pork, in a bun with apple sauce, sage & onion stuffing, & crackling, (along with hot, & cold drinks). 

The reason we cook shoulders of pork, is due to consistency, & the fact It's a great cut which if cooked slowly give such a great flavour without drying out. Our pork is slow cooked up to 12-16 hours. 

Along side this we can serve various foods including bacon rolls, quality burgers, butchers sausages, slow roasted beef & other meats, & a nice selection of homemade salads (great for private, & corporate hire). 

We take great pride in what we do, & with all the positive feed back we have received over the years, we feel that we must be doing something right.
